About

← back to Your Daily Tarot

Your Daily Tarot started with a simple idea: KimBoo wanted an easy, accessible way to do a daily tarot card pull with no apps to download, no accounts to create, no subscriptions to manage. Just a clean page, a beautiful deck, and a moment of reflection.

When she couldn't find something that felt right—something that was both welcoming and thoughtful, without being steeped in gatekeeping or commercial clutter—she decided to make it herself.

The result is this site: a free, open resource for anyone who wants to draw a card and sit with its meaning for a moment. Whether you're a seasoned reader, a curious newcomer, or someone who simply enjoys a daily prompt for self-reflection, you're welcome here. No experience necessary. No single tradition assumed. Just you and the cards.

The Deck

The card images used on this site are from the original Rider-Waite-Smith tarot deck, first published in 1909 and illustrated by Pamela Colman Smith, a visionary artist whose contribution to tarot has been historically underrecognized. Her vivid, symbolic artwork has shaped how millions of people around the world experience the cards, and we're grateful to be able to share it here.

The cleaned and resized scans used on this site were generously released under a CC0 (public domain) license by Luciellaes. Thank you for making these beautiful images freely available.

Keeping the Lights On

Your Daily Tarot is free to use and always will be. The site is supported by a small number of ads, which help cover hosting costs and keep everything running. The more you visit and share the site with friends, the longer we can keep it going! If you enjoy your daily draw, know that simply showing up is the best way to support us.
